Product Specialists - (Singapore)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales & marketing of scientific, laboratory & research instruments to the scientific research community and industries
  • Engage key account customers, source out new accounts and other business opportunities
  • Provide excellent customer service through product knowledge, handling inquiries and eventual sales order
  • Managing product lines from strategic planning to tactical activities

Requirements:

  • Degree in any Science discipline (Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering or related field; Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related field)
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in the life-science, biomedical or pharmaceutical research institutions, clean energy, chemical and/or semi-conductor industries
  • Dynamic, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • A team-player who is resourceful and able to multi-task
  • Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status
  • Willing to travel and possess own transport

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellence in customer service and a first place of contact for client inquiries and concerns
  • Prepare sales quotations for customers, tender documents or contracts
  • Maintaining customer records
  • Assist in MArketing team with various activities, eg. Trade shows , Mass mailings
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to acheive departmental and company goals
  • Perform all other job related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any Science discipline
  • At least 1 year experience in customer and sales support will be beneficial
  • Customer oriented
  • Organized. good coordination & follow-up-skills
  • Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access) and Adobe Photoshop
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skill

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for installation, commissioning and provide training of scientific, laboratory & research instruments to the scientific research community and industries
  • Provide excellent customer service through product knowledge, handling customer feedback, prompt response and working closely with sales engineers
  • Liasing with principals or suppliers for technical issues
  • To take ownership for all assigned projects

Requirements:

  • NITEC (ITE) / Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical or semi-conductor environment is an advantage
  • Dynamic, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal , communication and technical skills
  • A team-player who is resourceful and able to multi-task and excel
  • Possess Class 3 driving license, having your own car will be an added advantage
  • Willing to travel locally and occasionally in the region
  • Fast learner as on-the-job training and overseas training will be provided
