- Flour Milling - Maximize flour extraction through accurate real-time ash measurements. Blend wheat and flour streams to reach target specification and use a least-cost raw material. Optimize gluten addition.
- Starch Production and Corn Milling - Optimize moisture content in meal, starch, bran and germ as well as the use of energy by monitoring and controlling the dryers, control starch-gluten separation stages and ensure consistent product quality.
- Oilseed Processing - Measure moisture, protein and oil in grain for pricing and binning. Monitor and optimize extraction and drying.
