Overview
Closed valves, also known as low leakage valves and air-tight valves, can divide the ventilation system into several zones, which can be used in nuclear power, petrochemical, food processing, laboratories and other places. It has good air tightness and can meet the safety requirements of zero leakage under special circumstances (zero leakage under specified pressure difference).
Applications
Typical applications of airtight valves: isolating filters and contaminated components in BIBO systems.
According to the different actuators, the airtight valve can be divided into manual and electric ones. The electric airtight valve can automatically control the air volume with the automatic control system, and can ensure its airtightness even when the power is cut off.
Advantages
The material of the valve body and the size of the valve can be customized according to the actual needs of customers.
It meets the ASMEN509 or EN12266-2 standard of the United States, with a pressure difference of 10 inches (2500 Pa) and zero leakage. It can also meet the safety requirements of zero leakage under special circumstances (zero leakage under specified pressure difference).
