LipoMag Transfection Kit associates our most efficient lipid-based transfection reagent, DreamFect Gold with CombiMag magnetic nanoparticles, the most versatile Magnetofection™ reagent. By taking advantage of the Lipofection and Magnetofection transfection techniques, LipoMag Kit reaches even higher transfection efficiency especially in primary cells while reducing toxicity. Results
Figure 1: BEAS-2B cells (1x105 cells/ well) were transfected with Reagent L, DreamFect™ Gold or with LipoMag Kit in a 24-well plate using 0.5μg of GFP plasmid DNA [pVectOZ-GFP]. GFP positive cells were monitored by Flow Cytometry 24h after transfection.
Figure 2: A549 cells (1x105 cells/well) were transfected with various amount of DNA in a 24-well plate. GFP positive cells were monitored 24 h post transfection by Flow Cytometry.
