The Opal 3-Plex Manual Detection Kit contains:
- 3 reactive fluorophores (Opal 520, Opal 570 and Opal 690)
- DMSO
- 10X Spectral DAPI
- 1X Plus Manual Amplification Diluent
- 1X Antibody Diluent/Block
- 1X Opal Anti-Ms + Rb HRP
- AR6 Buffer
The Opal 3-Plex Detection Kit contains:

Users should source primary antibodies and other workflow reagents separately. The Opal 3-Plex Detection Kits were optimized for use on the Mantra 2, Vectra 3, PhenoImager Fusion and PhenoImager HT Systems. Kits contain enough reagents to stain up to 50-slides at the recommended 1:100 or 1:150 dilution ratio.
