Overview
Ready-to-use stabilized R-Luc mRNA.
Concentration: 1.0mg/mL in 1mM Sodium Citrate, pH 6.4.
R-Luc mRNA has been designed to produce high expression level of Renilla Luciferase protein.
OZ Biosciences mRNAs are produced by in vitro transcription and stabilized at the 5’ end by modified nucleotides capping (Cap1). These mature mRNAs contain a poly(A) tail at the 3’ end and are also optimized to yield improved stability and performance.
R-Luc mRNAs:
-
#MRNA20 does not bear any additional nucleotide modifications.
-
#MRNA21 is modified with 5-methoxyuridine (5moU) to reduce innate immune responses.
-
#MRNA7 is modified with N1-methyl-pseudouridine (N1-mψ) to reduce innate immune response.
We recommend using our transfection reagents RmesFect or RmesFect Stem in order to reach high transfection efficiency and optimum protein expression level.
Size: 20 µg, 100µg and 1 mg
